Voodoo

Postmodern griping-pains on stomachs
Excessive preachings on self-confidence

One has no right to carry fears along
when everybody is dizzy with the gong:
"Oh men and women!
This is the era of 'success'
dont you dare to discuss!
Viva individualism(!)"

This is the century of neon lights
Shiny 'perfectness' of the mankind
We've got one phantom left to be hunted
which is the risk of being a 'loser'
After that we will all become alike
"Viva elite massism(!)"

Some people suffer from fear of failure, others of fear of success. This is a beautifully made thought poem, Sherifa. It is like a piece of jewellery but has real strength as well. Viva you!

I think that the word success and the term democracy are in the same boat. They lost their meanings long back..still being consumed and destroyed constantly, not like anything else in the history..

I agree. Words live longer than the ideas that form them.
